Background of the trust

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST is a non-profit, non-political voluntary trusts registered under Indian Trust Registration Act 1882.

The trust has been working across India with its header quarters at Vill. Tiloiyan Khurd, Distt. Hardoi. The trust has been working for the welfare of poor and disadvantaged people of the community particularly rural sections of the trust/society. The trust was established by group of women artisans and has been providing support to the disadvantaged sections of the community by encouraging their active participation at all levels so as to develop a self reliant society with a focus on social-economic empowerment of the community especially women as decision makers in the developments process.

It has been undertaken various programmers in the field of Anti-Drug and Drug Addiction Awareness Program, Health & Family welfare, Literacy, Education & Vocational raining, Environment & Sanitation. Rural Development Awareness, Skill Development, Swachchata work, Handicraft development, Youth programs, Consumer Welfare Awareness Program, Women empowerment with main focus of integrated development of the society.

Main Objective

The main objective of the trust is to work for the overall development of the deprived and disadvantaged communities irrespective of casts creed and religion so that they may contribute positively and become part of development process. For achieving this objective, NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST has taken up several projects/programmers through which disadvantaged/vulnerable sections of the society, through their active involvement at all levels, could develop confidence and be able to manage their own affairs and in turn become self-reliant and become part of development efforts.

निःशुल्क नेत्र एवं स्वास्थ्य चेकअप कैंप का आयोजन

आज दिनांक 4 दिसम्बर 2022 को नेशनल डेवलपमेंट फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट पंजीकृत कार्यालय ग्राम तिलोइयाँ खुर्द, संडीला जिला हरदोई (उ० प्र० ) के द्वारा ग्राम तिलोइया खुर्द में मदरसा गुलशने वारसिया के प्रांगण में निशुल्क नेत्र एवं स्वास्थ्य चेकअप कैंप का आयोजन प्रतिवर्ष की तरह किया गया ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष श्री राशिद अली वारसी ने बताया की ग्राम तिलोइयाँ खुर्द, तिलोइयाँ कलां, खेरा, नारायणपुर, खौसी खेड़ा, सांख आदि गांव से तमाम ग्रामीण महिला पुरुष, युवाओं समेत लगभग 60 लोगों का निशुल्क नेत्र तथा स्वास्थ्य चेकअप योग्य डॉक्टरों द्वारा किया गया तथा कुछ लोगों को आँख के ऑपरेशन के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन किया गया और स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण के बाद निःशुल्क दवाएं वितरित की गयी

इस अवसर पर डॉक्टर एम के मिश्रा, डॉक्टर जाहिद अली, डॉक्टर शमशाद, डॉक्टर वीरू पाल, मो० नसीम वारसी, पूर्व छेत्र पंचायत सदस्य, जयसिंह ग्राम प्रधान तिलोइयाँ खुर्द, मो० सलीम प्रबंधक मदरसा गुलशने वारसिया, मिस्बाउद्दीन, मो० मोईन वारसी, रफीउद्दीन वारसी, गौरव गुप्ता, मो० शाहनवाज़ आदि सहित ट्रस्ट के स्वंसेवक एवं अन्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता उपस्थित रहे और कार्यक्रम की सराहना

Other Objective of The Trust

To work on economic and social problems of the poor and underprivileged. Particularly women artisans, by organizing them into community based group.
To empower women and build capacities by providing information and knowledge regarding local self-governance.
To mobilize women through training, networking and by providing institutional support to contest elections and being about gender equity in local self-governance.
To provide education of marginalized sections through formal and innovative non forman programmers.
To provide health service facilities and health and family life education to the poor and marginalized sections of the society.
To increase awareness on environmental issues and to work for environment conservation
to sensitize, raise the level of awareness of legal rights amongst the poor and create a cadre of Para-legal workers.

To establish a culture of humanism though promotion of social justice and to secure entitlements for deprived sections of society through public interest litegation and advocacy.

Area Covered by the Trust

The trust is actively working across India specially in the Hardoi, Sitapur, Unnao, Lucknow, Kanpur, Barabanki, Allahabad districts, State of Uttar Pradesh has taken up various projects/programmes for providing income generation activities, capacity building trainings, educational, women empowerment, health related activates, community-lead development programmes and networking of NGOs working in the related areas with special emphasis on weaker sections of rural and urban areas of the society and has been benefiting a population of more than two lakhs.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST has a team of 15 staff (both full time & part) 20 volunteers & 4 highly experience consultants drawn from various field of specialization. It as computers, printers, scanners, generators, Furniture, Fixtures & electronic equipment, & other training materials.

Brief Note On Method Of Operation, Reporting And Documentation Adopted In The Trust
NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST works on the principal of democracy. There is programme advisory committee, which provided programme direction to the trust. The executive body of the trust also meets 3A times a years and also provided strategic direction in the programmes.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST keeps separate records for different programmes. It also has system of keeping different accounts for different projects. All progress reports and documents are prepared in line with the donor requirements. NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION TRUST has a system of computerized accounting and it keeps all records in Tally software.
